The role is open-ended on purpose: find new marketing possibilities that compound growth, hold the SK position, and turn brand equity into traction in the Czech market where recognition starts at zero.
The work spans the full marketing surface: paid acquisition and channel mix, day-to-day campaign operations, cross-functional work with product on commercial performance and product sellability, and contributing to flagship initiatives like Knihovrátok. In parallel, I look for ways to lift the website's commercial performance — because the best campaign still loses to a leaky funnel. Every decision tied back to revenue and market share.
