Kiwi.com was one of the fastest-growing travel tech companies in Europe — millions of users, a complex product, and an acquisition machine that was starting to think seriously about retention. I joined as a Marketing Developer and moved into the Campaigns Manager role — taking on more ownership as the work expanded to cover both campaign strategy and the technical layer underneath it.
I owned CRM and retention campaigns end-to-end through Bloomreach (Exponea) — from data architecture to deployment — and led the implementation that made it possible. I led an internal team and our external agencies, managed the CDP across web and mobile, and ran campaigns on multiple channels in parallel. The brief was simple: give marketing the data and the tools to build campaigns that actually move retention. Everything tied back to closing the loop between customer behavior and revenue.
